Aufgaben

• Monitor cardiac rhythms via direct cardiac monitors and ensure accurate interpretation.
• Transcribe physician orders in the absence of CPOE/EMR and ensure documentation is complete.
• Verify that lab tests and radiology tests have been ordered and completed.
• Prepare and compile patient records and charts for daily needs and forms.
• Assist nursing staff with indirect patient care duties as long as it does not distract from dysrhythmia monitoring.
