Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing strongly preferred; prior patient care experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and detect clinical changes.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care grounded in evidence.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers for timely care decisions.
• Educate patients and families for informed care transitions.
• Document accurately in the EMR to support continuity of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds to improve communication.
• Work collaboratively in a high-paced Telemetry Float Pool environment.
