Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting.
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing strongly preferred; prior patient care experience and EMR proficiency (EPIC) advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor for clinical changes.
- Administer safe, evidence-based medications and hands-on care.
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced providers to support timely decisions.
- Provide clear, compassionate patient and family education.
- Ensure accurate documentation in the EMR for continuity of care.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary rounds and care transitions.
- Engage in a highly collaborative team environment and pursue ongoing professional growth.
