Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor continuous observation of 64–72 monitors for assigned patient groups.
• Interpret and document rhythm, heart rate, and measurements in the EMR.
• Respond to significant rhythms or alarm changes and notify staff promptly.
• Set alarm thresholds per orders and review telemetry protocols.
• Maintain clean work area and proper equipment function; document findings.
