Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ECG competency assessment must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review patient data to determine baseline cardiac rhythm.
• Demonstrate competency in telemetry lead placement for accurate rhythm analysis.
• Analyze rhythm data and record measurements every 6 hours and as needed.
• Notify RN of rhythm changes and follow escalation protocols.
• Maintain central monitoring station operations and alarm settings.
