Responsibilities

• Provides patient personal care/hygiene and physical comfort.
• Assists with patient transport and routine activities.
• Maintains a safe, organized work environment and monitors equipment.
• Orders, stocks and replenishes supplies for the unit.
• Observes and reports patient changes to the RN and documents care.
