• Performs activities of daily living and personal care needs under the guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Performs technical skills/procedures related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN guidance.
• Documents care provided and reports observations to the RN.
• Maintains safe patient handling and adheres to time management.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety, and supplies.
