Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care needs under RN guidance.
• Performs technical skills related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Documents care and reports RN observations and basic patient data collected.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policy.
• Demonstrates time management and maintains clean, safe patient areas.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific duties and other assignments as needed.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
