Job summary

The Project Coordinator role at ECHO-Chicago, housed within the Department of Pediatrics, supports the telementoring program and curriculum development with faculty from UCM and other centers.

You will handle data management, evaluations, and prepare reports; assist with grant proposals, presentations, social media, and materials; collaborate with leadership and partners to measure impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of work experience in project coordination or public health.
• Experience designing CME materials is preferred.
• Familiarity with data management and evaluation activities.
• Ability to work with diverse academic partners.

Responsibilities

• Promote ECHO-Chicago vision and implement new/existing series.
• Coordinate telementoring sessions with faculty and providers.
• Provide technical support for video conferencing and connectivity.
• Manage project data and prepare reports for leadership.
• Contribute to grant proposals and curricular materials.
• Support social media outreach and dissemination activities.
