Job summary

The University of Chicago is seeking a Project Coordinator to promote ECHO-Chicago, develop curriculum with faculty, recruit providers, and manage telementoring sessions. You will handle data collection, preliminary analyses, and reporting for leadership while supporting grant and research proposals.

Hybrid role with remote work options, requiring 2–5 years in a related field and strong collaboration with clinical and academic staff. Demonstrated experience with Zoom and CME materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires college or university degree in related field.
• Master’s degree (MS, MPH) in public health, epidemiology, or health services research preferred.
• 4 years in project coordination, planning, and/or management in public health, epidemiology, human or health services field.

Responsibilities

• Lead telementoring sessions and schedule with facilitators and providers.
• Provide pre- and post-session administrative support for program facilitators and partners.
• Administer data collection and management across participating sites and maintain session attendance records.
• Support promotion of milestones on social media and collect qualitative participant feedback.
