The University of Chicago invites applications for a Project Coordinator in ECHO-Chicago, within the BSD PED - Infectious Diseases unit. The role supports curriculum development, faculty collaboration, data reporting, and telementoring session management.

The position is hybrid with a 40-hour week, offering a $65,000–$80,000 salary range and comprehensive benefits. A college degree and 2–5 years of related experience are required; a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: college/university degree in related field.
• Master’s degree preferred (MS, MPH).
• 4 years in project coordination, planning, and management in public health/epidemiology.
• Experience developing CME educational materials.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello).
• Experience with web-based data management tools (REDCap, Survey Monkey, Google Forms).
• Hosting and managing Zoom meetings including breakout rooms, participant management, screen sharing, polling, recording, and tech troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate telementoring sessions with facilitators and community partners.
• Provide pre/post-session administrative support for facilitators and providers.
• Offer technical assistance for participation in telementoring sessions.
• Manage project-related data and conduct preliminary analyses for reports.
• Support grant/proposal development and preparation of presentations and curricular materials.
• Promote program milestones on social media to boost engagement.
• Collect qualitative feedback from participants and support program evaluation.
