Job summary

University of Chicago is seeking a Project Coordinator for ECHO-Chicago to promote the vision, develop curricula with faculty, and recruit providers. You will manage weekly telementoring sessions, provide tech support, and help evaluate impact with data reports.

You will also help prepare grant proposals, presentations, and curricular materials while coordinating with faculty, researchers, and community providers in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of work experience in related field.
• Master’s in public health, epidemiology, or health services research preferred.
• 4+ years in project coordination or management in public health or epidemiology.
• Experience developing CME educational materials.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello).
• Experience with web-based data tools (REDCap, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms).
• At least 2 years hosting and managing Zoom meetings with breakout rooms.

Responsibilities

• Lead task management for telementoring sessions and coordinate facilitators.
• Coordinate telementoring sessions and provide admin support.
• Provide technical assistance and manage communications with partners.
• Collect and manage project data from partner sites.
• Maintain attendance records, reminders, and session summaries.
• Promote milestones on social media to boost engagement.
• Assist with data collection, preliminary analysis, and reporting.
