Job summary

FlexiVan in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Telematics Operations Engineer to manage GPS/telematics systems, KPI tracking, and data integrity across vendor and FlexiVan platforms. You will coordinate with field operations, monitor device health, and drive process improvements while delivering timely reports and dashboards.

1–3 years in logistics or transportation and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred. This role is on-site in Scottsdale with opportunities to impact fleet performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Experience with GPS/Telematics technologies and intermodal shipping.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage telematics operations with KPI focus and regional coordination.
• Maintain GPS install records and link modules with vendor portals.
• Monitor device health and coordinate with field operations and customers.
• Create reports and dashboards for telematics review and KPI tracking.
• Support cost-reduction efforts and collaborate with vendors on hardware/software.
