Job summary

Flexi-Van Leasing LLC in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Telemetics Operations Engineer to manage GPS data, KPI reporting, and cross-functional coordination with vendors and field teams. You will ensure data accuracy across FlexiVan and partner systems, drive operational improvements, and support telematics hardware/software evolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience.
• Office 365 suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, SharePoint.
• Microsoft Excel – create worksheets, charts/graphs, data tables, pivot tables.
• PowerPoint – slides with graphics/images/shapes, animation.

Responsibilities

• Manage GPS install and inventory records for accuracy.
• Link GPS modules with vendor portals and FlexiVan systems.
• Monitor GPS activation and coordinate with Field Ops and customers.
• Track telematics health across the fleet and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure warranty and replacements.
• Maintain data integrity between vendor and FlexiVan systems.
• Monitor Telegram/alerts and coordinate corrective actions.
• Respond to group emails from customers and stakeholders.
• Improve container/chassis reporting accuracy with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for daily telematics activities.
