Our client, a leading organization in the technology and mobility sector, is seeking a dedicated Tele Operations Specialist to join their team. As a Tele Operations Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Autonomous Vehicle Operations team supporting live, mission-critical remote operations for an advanced transportation platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent situational awareness, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Tele Operations Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Pay Range: $28.35 - $29.70 per hour
Shift: 8:00pm - 4:00am
All employees must be flexible to shift times 2 hours before/after these hours based on current business demand

• Experience working in fast-paced, screen-based environments (such as technical monitoring, control centers, gaming, simulation, or multi-system platforms) is required
• Candidates must have flexible availability and be able to work slightly varying shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-reliability environments
• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Arizona driver's license and 3 years of driving history
