Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Telematics-Driven Equipment Repair Specialist to diagnose and repair heavy equipment at client sites. You will use real-time data and tablets to manage work orders, parts, and service intervals, while traveling to sites to verify issues and complete repairs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, documenting records, and sharing knowledge with less-experienced technicians. OSHA awareness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment repair and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems.
• Familiarity with field service repair processes and safety practices.

In this role, you’ll combine advanced technology with seasoned mechanical know-how to restore heavy equipment fast.Imagine thisYour tablet pings with a new work order. With a few taps, you assign tasks, confirm parts availability, and check service intervals. Live feeds from mixed fleets—spanning hundreds of brands and models—point you to the likely fault.
