Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Telematics-Driven Equipment Repair Specialist to diagnose and repair heavy equipment at client sites. You will use real-time data and tablets to manage work orders, parts, and service intervals, while traveling to sites to verify issues and complete repairs.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, documenting records, and sharing knowledge with less-experienced technicians. OSHA awareness is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment repair and diagnostics.
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems.
• Familiarity with field service repair processes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and follow best practices for equipment repairs.
• Use laptops/tablets to manage work orders and records.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and diesel systems.
• Support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Travel on demand for on-site service and maintain a clean service vehicle.
• Leverage telematics data to identify root causes and actions.
