Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring heavy equipment technicians to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment in Milwaukee. You will read schematics, use diagnostic software, document work orders in the T3 system, and mentor junior technicians.

The role requires hands-on experience with heavy equipment, own tools, and a valid driver's license. We offer year-round OEM training, excellent benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing heavy equipment, aerial lifts, or diesel systems.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; 21+ to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
• Read schematics and use diagnostic software to isolate faults.
• Document work orders daily in T3 (laptop/tablet).
• Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Mentor junior technicians.
