Daniel Lottinger - State Farm Agent is hiring full-time, in-office Insurance Sales team members to support our growth in P&C and Life. You will generate new business, manage accounts, and guide customers through coverage options with a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by outbound calling, inbound lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Manage customer accounts and keep policy details up to date in the CRM/database.
• Support customers with policy questions, changes, and coverage options.
• Partner with underwriters to move applications forward efficiently and support policy issuance.
• Maintain follow-through by tracking calls and next steps to prevent slip‑ups.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Daniel Lottinger - State Farm Agent is hiring a limited number of full-time, in-office Insurance Sales team members to support our growth in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life and fill the role of Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member.

We’re looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build a long-term career—starting with strong training and continuing with hands‑on coaching. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business by executing a structured activity plan, including:
  • Inbound lead follow-up
  • Outbound calling and outreach
  • Prospecting and converting qualified leads into opportunities
• Manage customer accounts by keeping customer and policy details accurate and up to date in the CRM/database.
• Support customers with:
  • Policy questions and general inquiries
  • Policy changes and updates
  • Clear guidance on coverage options and next steps
• Partner with underwriters to help applications and requests move forward efficiently and support timely policy issuance.
• Maintain follow-through by tracking performance, documenting calls/statuses, and ensuring next steps are completed so leads don’t slip away.
• Represent the agency professionally with strong communication and a customer‑first mindset at every touchpoint.

This is a licensed Insurance Sales position. You must have or be able to obtain both:
