Job summary

Anthony Capraro lll's State Farm Agency is hiring a customer-focused team member in NH to build relationships, educate clients on insurance options, and grow a client base. The role emphasizes licensing, sales, and service in a supportive team environment.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, and use a needs-based approach to recommend products, while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• NH Property and Casualty and NH Life Licenses obtainable.
• Excellent communication—written, verbal, and listening.
• Team oriented and detail focused.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn computer functions and use CRM.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Maintain NH Property & Casualty and NH Life License (must be obtain).
• Communicate clearly and proactively to customers and teammates.

• Base salary of $35K after licensing + Commission and Bonus
• My Current Team Members will top $75K this year
• Medical Insurance after 90 day trial period

• Opportunity to advance to a lead or Management position within Our agency or the Opportunity to OPEN YOUR own State Farm Agency in the future
