Base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with medical insurance after 90 days, sick leave and PTO after 90 days, and paid training. No weekends; strong teamwork and opportunities to advance within the agency are offered.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Ability to work in a Team Environment
• NH Property and Casualty and NH Life License (must be able to obtain)
• Excellent Communication Skills-written-verbal and active Listening
• Proactive in Problem Solving
• Salary base pay + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses
• Medical Insurance after 90 day trial period
• Sick Leave and PTO after 90 day trial period
• NO Saturday or Sundays
