Corewell Health is seeking a Telehealth Registered Nurse to provide remote patient care from the Care Center Breton in Kentwood. You will work evenings with 36 hours per week, delivering patient assessments, education, and follow-up via telehealth platforms while collaborating with a diverse care team.

The role requires an RN license in Michigan, and 5 years of relevant experience in ED/ICU, outpatient practice, or telehealth triage. Telehealth orientation and safety protocols are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Michigan RN license at hire.
• 5 years of relevant experience in ED/ICU, outpatient physician practice, telehealth triage, or related field.
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program.

Scope of work

A Telehealth Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality remote patient care using technology, such as electronic health records, phone and video calls. This role involves working collaboratively with an interprofessional team to deliver comprehensive care using remote technology, including patient assessments, interventions, education and follow up. The RN utilizes evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions, ensuring coordinated, high quality and fiscally accountable care across various settings, while also addressing safety and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree Nursing
• Required Bachelor’s Degree Nursing must be obtained within 5 years for those who start in this RN role on or after March 1, 2026
• Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program Required
• 5 years of relevant experience in ED / ICU, outpatient physician practice, telehealth triage or other relevant specialty Required
• Required Michigan RN License upon hire
