Corewell Health's Lake Drive Care Center in Grand Rapids is seeking a Full-time LPN to join our outpatient clinic team. You will support patient assessments, administer care under RN supervision, and collaborate with physicians and other staff to deliver high-quality, efficient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers a day shift, 40 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within Michigan's large outpatient network.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Vocational/Technical Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Successful completion of competency based orientation program.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license for Michigan on hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Under RN/mid-level and team guidance, contribute to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Scope of work

Under the direction of the RN / Mid-level Provider / Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Required High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required Vocational/Technical Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Successful completion of competency based orientation program Required
• Healthcare experience Preferred
• LIC-License Practical Nursing (LPN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
