Corewell Health’s Care Center Rockford – 8501 Meadow Creek – Rockford is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outpatient clinics across Michigan. You will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, upholding ANA standards and ethics to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and families.

We offer a day shift, full-time schedule of 40 hours weekly with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN license for Michigan required.
• BLS certification for AHA required within 90 days.
• BLS certification for ARC required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Uphold nursing standards as described by the ANA and code of ethics.

About Outpatient Clinics

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. Scope of Work

As a Nurse with Corewell Health, providing top‑notch patient care is paramount. You’ll use your critical thinking skills and the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You’ll be responsible for upholding the standards of nursing excellence as described by the ANA, including the code of ethics. You’ll be a vital member of our team and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Required: LIC – Registered Nurse (RN) – State of Michigan
• Required: CRT – Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA (American Heart Association) – 90 days required
• Required: CRT – Basic Life Support (BLS) – ARC (American Red Cross) – 90 days required
