Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare seeks an Operations Coordinator for Telehealth to manage scheduling, patient education, and care coordination across telehealth services. You will work with clinic staff to increase access to care and improve health outcomes, with emphasis on efficient scheduling and effective communication.

Responsibilities include supporting mobile services, coordinating with patient navigation, and ensuring documentation is accurate in the EMR while adhering to HIPAA and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Medical Assistant certificate required.
• Current BLS certification required on hire.
• 1 year of experience in a nonprofit community health clinic preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, English/Arabic, or English/Mandarin highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telehealth patient services and panel management.
• Schedule PCP follow-ups and optimize provider calendars.
• Assist in telehealth visits and develop/update workflows and protocols.
• Educate patients and communicate treatment plans.
• Document care plans in the EMR and coordinate with care teams.
