WITHIN is seeking a Paid Media Director in New York City to lead paid media strategy, performance, and client relationships across Telehealth and digital health programs. You will steer cross-functional teams, optimize acquisition economics, and ensure compliant measurement amid privacy constraints.

Responsibilities include developing integrated media strategies, owning senior client relationships, overseeing budgeting, and mentoring teams to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in paid media or performance marketing with agency ownership of complex programs.
• At least 2 years of Telehealth experience.
• Experience leading media strategy for Telehealth or regulated healthcare.
• Strong cross-channel expertise across Meta, Google and other major platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of integrated paid media strategies across platforms.
• Own senior client relationships and translate objectives into media plans and testing roadmaps.
• Lead paid media strategy for Telehealth and regulated healthcare businesses.
• Oversee media planning, forecasting and budget allocation.
• Diagnose performance beyond media accounts to optimize growth.
• Establish structured testing across media, creatives and targeting.
• Lead and develop teams of media buyers and strategists.
• Maintain platform fluency and guide optimization and troubleshooting.
