Total Life is a telehealth company delivering geriatric and longevity care to adults 65+. You will perform initial longevity assessments and ongoing medical follow-ups with a board-certified geriatrician, supported by comprehensive training and a secure EHR workflow.

Join a fully remote team with flexible scheduling and a focus on aging populations, Medicare billing, and GLP-1 therapy management. Experience with telehealth and Medicare coordination is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Active NP license in Florida.
• Board certification in geriatrics or family NP with aging focus.
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR documentation.

Aufgaben

• Deliver initial longevity assessments (60 min) via telehealth.
• Provide medical follow-up visits for chronic disease management.
• Perform cognitive screening and staging; escalate when needed.
• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 therapy for eligible patients.
• Conduct advance care planning conversations.
