Job summary

Total Life is a telehealth company focused on older adults. We are launching a Longevity Program and seeking an NP to perform initial longevity assessments, cognitive screening, and chronic disease follow-ups through telehealth.

You will work with our board-certified geriatrician CMO, receive full training and clinical support, and conduct Medicare-billable visits from a private HIPAA-compliant home workspace, with flexible scheduling and 100% remote operations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Texas.
• Board certification as AGNP/AGPCNP or Family NP with geriatric focus.
• Active DEA registration.
• Experience with Medicare documentation and E/M coding.
• Comfort with telehealth and HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive longevity assessments and follow-ups via telehealth.
• Perform cognitive screening and stage for further assessment.
• Prescribe and manage GLP-1 therapy where appropriate.
• Lead advance care planning conversations with patients and families.
• Document in EHR to support Medicare billing.
