• Obtain and document patient history and pertinent clinical information in EMR.
• Prepare telehealth room and establish video conferencing connection.
• Monitor and maintain electronic schedule of rooms, patients, technologies, and presenters.
• Administer patient satisfaction surveys.
• Assist with real-time telehealth encounters and coordinate between sites.
