Job summary

Responsibilities include responding to calls and emails, processing tickets in Zendesk, and supporting daily operations while upholding accuracy and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable handling calls and emails and using multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and inquiries.
• Manage and process support tickets through Zendesk and related systems.
• Maintain accurate client information and assist with data entry.
• Assist providers with invoice questions and ensure accurate information.
• Maintain client medical records and support incident tracking.
