Job summary

Medcor is seeking a Client Support Specialist I to join its Telehealth Team in Lake in the Hills, IL. You will deliver outstanding customer service, handle inquiries via phone and email, and support client records and invoicing processes.

You will work with healthcare providers and internal teams to ensure accurate data, responsive service, and compliant record-keeping while maintaining a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in customer service or related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/Excel).
• Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to calls, emails, voicemails, and inquiries.
• Resolve client requests by managing and processing support tickets through Zendesk.
• Maintain accurate client information and assist with data entry and account management.
• Assist healthcare providers with invoice-related questions and ensure accurate processing.
• Maintain and archive client medical records per regulations.
• Track and report workplace incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with team members, participate in training, and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain high accuracy, productivity, and quality in client experience.
