Placements24 is seeking an experienced Telecoms Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical network deployment projects in Queenstown and the Eastern Cape. You will oversee from inception to completion, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and drive successful delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5+ years telecoms project experience, PMP or PRINCE2, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and experience with fiber, wireless deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with network deployment, fiber optics, or wireless infrastructure essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize infrastructure projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk assessment.
• Manage project teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient execution.
