Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee customer mobile deployments from contract award through handoff, coordinating Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Operations.

You will manage complex wireless and networking projects across teams, with exposure to 4G/LTE, 5G, IP networking, and OSS/BSS, while improving delivery processes in a growing telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in 4G/LTE or 5G mobile core networks.
• PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing complex customer technology projects from initiation to handoff.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/LTE and 5G architectures, NSA/SA.
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS, SIP, VoLTE, VoNR and IP networking.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and vendors.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, manage budgets, risks, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Planner).

Responsibilities

• Direct multiple customer and internal projects from planning through closeout.
• Review SOWs, architecture, requirements, risks, and resources before launch.
• Establish objectives, milestones, deliverables, and governance.
• Build and maintain schedules, risk logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate engineering and solution architecture deliverables (HLD/LLD).
• Monitor scope, budget, resources, milestones, and performance.
• Lead meetings and communicate status to management and stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Escalate major risks and changes through appropriate channels.
• Ensure handover docs, acceptance criteria, and operational procedures.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
