Job summary

Americaatwork is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Specialist to support enterprise voice systems across multiple campuses and clinics. You will manage daily telecom operations, VoIP (cloud/on-prem), call flows, MACs, and troubleshooting while collaborating with IT teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong RingCentral and Avaya platform experience, plus Cisco CCNA/CCVP certifications and Avaya specialist credentials. A CS degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years telecom/IT network systems experience.
• RingCentral experience and Avaya platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise voice systems across multiple campuses and clinics.
• Manage daily telecom operations, including VoIP (cloud/on-prem) and call flows.
• Perform MACs and troubleshoot telecom issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to maintain telephony infrastructure.

Education
