ElectriCom Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead a 3–5 person crew on telecom and utility projects. This on-site role combines hands-on work with leadership, including equipment operation, trenching, and site prep, with travel to job sites required.

We emphasize safety, teamwork, and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of foreman experience and strong communication skills; a valid driver's license is required; CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Foreman in telecom, utility, or construction.
• 3–5+ years in the industry.
• Strong safety knowledge and location awareness.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with heavy equipment.
• Willingness to perform labor tasks when needed.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred or willing to obtain.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 3–5 person crew on aerial and underground fiber-construction projects.
• Maintain a safe job site and ensure crew compliance with safety procedures.
• Plan and schedule daily work to meet production goals.
• Perform hands-on tasks alongside the crew.
• Conduct job-site and equipment inspections.
• Communicate project expectations and progress with management and customers.
• Support a team-oriented work environment and encourage crew development and growth.
• Work outdoors in all weather and terrain conditions.
• Travel to job sites, including overnight out-of-town assignments; overtime may be required.
• Participate in required training and perform traffic control as needed.
