Opensity Solutions is seeking a Manager of Telecommunications & Unified Communications to lead global voice, video, and telecom infrastructure. You will oversee Teams Phone, Direct Routing, budgeting, and vendor relationships to deliver reliable, secure communications aligned with business goals.

You will guide engineering teams, manage budgets, drive automation, and ensure scalable, future-ready IT telecom services across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, telecom or engineering.
• 5–8+ years in enterprise telecom/unified communications.
• Strong knowledge of Teams Phone, MS 365, Direct Routing and PSTN connectivity.
• Experience with SIP, VoIP, SBCs and legacy PBX platforms.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, WAN/LAN, QoS.
• PowerShell automation and performance monitoring experience.
• Proven track record leading telecom projects with vendors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design, implement, and support global telecom, voice and video infra.
• Develop telecom architectures and roadmaps aligned with business needs.
• Administer Teams Phone incl. Direct Routing and SBCs.
• Manage dial plans, call routing, auto attendants, queues and E911.
• Migrate from CUCM/legacy PBX to Teams Phone.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering, project teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, call quality, security and capacity.
• Manage carrier/vendor relationships and budgets.
• Oversee infra upgrades, integrations and incident resolution.
• Develop annual CapEx/OpEx budgets and identify savings.
• Drive automation and standardization in telecom operations.
• Ensure voice/video supports continuity and scalability.
