Job summary

North Sky Communications, LLC in California is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols and project timelines are followed.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Help with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day to day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues.
• Safely use heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
