Job summary

Star Construction LLC in Alabama seeks a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team to lead crews in installing and maintaining underground telecom systems. You will ensure safety protocols, read blueprints, and keep projects on schedule.

The role requires at least three years of related experience, authorization to work in the U.S., a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED. We offer weekly pay, PTO, 401(k) matching, education reimbursement, and comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Foreman experience preferred
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Ability to enforce safety protocols and OSHA/DOT regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines
• Assist training of crew members
• Read and understand blueprints
• Ensure adherence to safety policies (OSHA, DOT)
• Support Supervisor with day-to-day activities
• Communicate with property owners to coordinate work
• Operate or supervise use of heavy equipment
• Perform work in all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned
