Job summary

Texstar Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Foreman for our Telecom Underground team. Lead crews to install and maintain underground telecom systems, ensuring safety protocols and project timelines are met.

The role requires hands-on supervision and coordination with owners and crew members. The candidate should have at least three years of related experience, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• At least three years of related work experience.
• Foreman experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines.
• Assist with training of crew members.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Assist Supervisor with day-to-day activities.
• Speak with property owners about work and resolve issues.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
