Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related work experience preferred.
• Minimum three years of related work experience in foreman role or field leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews to meet project timelines and safety standards.
• Assist with training of crew members and read blueprints.
• Ensure safety policies, OSHA and DOT regulations are followed.
• Coordinate with Supervisor on day-to-day activities.
• Engage property owners about work scope and resolve issues.
