The role emphasizes safety, on-site logistics, and collaboration with Foreman/Supervisor to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in underground telecommunications construction or related field.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• CDL required and valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Aufgaben

• Dig using hand shovel and mechanical tools.
• Install and maintain underground telecom cabling.
• Climb in and out of equipment (trucks, cars, backhoes, trenchers, etc.).
• Operate or work around heavy equipment and machinery.
• Work in congested or remote areas.
• Maintain safe working habits/conditions according to regulations.
• Mentor Level I and II laborers to improve skills.
• Complete and verify detailed production reports for project records.
• Assist with site restoration including final grading and landscaping.
