Job summary

Miratech in the United States is seeking a Delivery Lead to shape and manage the delivery approach for a complex telecom transformation project, from planning through execution. You will coordinate architects, engineers, vendors, and project teams, translating evolving designs into structured workstreams, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and governance, while keeping stakeholders informed.

The role demands deep telecom know-how, strong PM skills across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery,

Qualifications

8+ years of project or program management experience in telecom networks, digital infrastructure, or similar technical environments.
Experience planning and mobilizing projects where the scope or roadmap is evolving.
Experience working with technical teams to build delivery plans for complex engineering or infrastructure projects.
Practical understanding of telecom and network infrastructure and how to challenge assumptions when needed.
Strong communication and stakeholder management in stakeholder-facing environments.
Experience leading large-scale transformation, network modernization, cloud migration, or infrastructure deployment programs.
Experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Experience with risk management, governance reporting, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

Translate business objectives into a structured delivery approach with workstreams, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and governance.
Support development of the target solution by identifying planning assumptions and information gaps.
Translate architecture and engineering decisions into executable work packages and delivery plans.
Coordinate architects, engineers, vendors, and project teams to maintain alignment and resolve dependencies.
Maintain project plans, risks, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, and status reporting for leadership.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across network, infrastructure, security, operations, and engineering teams.
Monitor project financials, resource requirements, and capacity planning.
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and technical reviews for stakeholder alignment.
Develop integrated project schedules highlighting critical paths and mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, quality standards, compliance, and change management.
Support transition-to-operations activities including readiness assessments and knowledge transfer.
