Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Program Manager to organize programs and activities that align with our strategic direction. The role requires a strong technical background and leadership potential to operate in a high-growth environment.

You will identify client needs, manage delivery focus, and lead a subordinated team through hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews while coordinating with stakeholders across borders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management or director-level experience.
• Experience leading 5+ concurrent projects with teams of 50+.
• Experience in enterprise technology transformation; FinTech a plus.
• Outsourcing development experience from client or subcontractor side.
• Ability to produce program-level status reports and risk analyses.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; customer-facing.
• Experience with remote/international project teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize programs and activities aligned with strategic direction.
• Develop programs to support long-term goals and leadership.
• Lead delivery focus based on targets and priorities.
• Identify delivery risks and manage them to acceptable levels.
• Develop subordinated teams to required levels; recruit with sourcing.
• Review project finances and ensure profitable delivery.
• Meet stakeholders to discuss status and goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and performance.
