Job summary

Betacom-Incorporated is seeking a Tower Foreman to supervise construction teams on telecom sites in Wasilla, AK. You will lead a crew, ensure safety, review SOW/MOP, and coordinate materials, equipment, and budgets.

You will also train staff and maintain records while ensuring timely, compliant project completion. The role requires 4+ years in tower/construction, strong communication, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of related tower and construction experience.
• Good communication skills (reading/writing in English).
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to accommodate out-of-town travel if required.
• Working knowledge of basic hand tools and mechanical/electrical equipment.
• Training: ComTrain, OSHA30, First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crew of 2–4 members.
• Provide hiring, firing, and training suggestions.
• Understand SOW and MOP for assigned work.
• Write detailed MOP and plan job methods.
• Schedule work hours and direct activities on site.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policy and law.
• Manage materials, equipment, and budgets on site.
• Inspect installations and report results and closeouts.
