Job summary

STG Inc. in Alaska seeks a Tower Foreman to lead telecommunications tower construction, microwave installation, and related civil work across remote sites. You will direct crews and coordinate with Project Management to meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Travel up to 100% across Alaska; strong leadership, fall protection, rigging, and OSHA standards are essential. You will mentor crews and ensure safe, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of telecommunications tower construction methods, materials, and industry practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise crews and coordinate work activities.
• Extensive knowledge of tower climbing, fall protection, rigging, rescue procedures, and OSHA/ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all field activities for telecommunications tower construction, microwave installation, and civil construction.
• Report to the Project Manager to receive directives and coordinate site work plans.
• Plan, organize, and supervise daily work to maximize crew productivity and project efficiency.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, tools, and subcontractors for project execution.
• Maintain regular communication with Project Management regarding status, material needs, and field conditions.
