Job summary

STG Inc is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead telecommunications tower construction, microwave installation, and related civil work across Alaska. You will direct tower crews and subcontractors, manage daily field operations, and ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and per contract requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety discipline, and the ability to coordinate logistics, materials, and equipment in remote environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications tower construction and maintenance.
• Ability to climb towers up to 300 feet.
• Strong leadership and safety mindset.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all tower construction activities in Alaska.
• Coordinate with Project Management, subcontractors, and crews to ensure on-time completion.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA, company policies, and project plans.
• Maintain daily reports, timecards, production and safety documentation.
