Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of industry experience in towers.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• OSHA10, RF awareness training, First Aid/ CPR.
• Experience with Anritsu Site Master and tower equipment.

Responsibilities

• Climb and work on communication towers for installation, replacement, and repair.
• Follow safety practices and ensure tools and rigging are safe to use.
• Complete daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) as required.
• Lead and mentor a crew safely within budget and schedule.
• Develop and write method-of-procedure for jobs or projects.
• Troubleshoot tower lighting systems and related equipment.
