Job summary

TowerMRL/Advanced Tower Services is hiring an entry-level Telecommunication Tower Apprentice. The role involves learning tower inspection, safety, and basic maintenance while traveling across the United States.

Training will cover OSHA 10, climber certification, and RF awareness, with extensive travel and a structured development path. New employees undergo preemployment screenings and DOT physicals, and benefit from a comprehensive package including travel time, per diem, and room for

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Valid driver license required for field travel.
• Ability to climb towers >500 ft and lift 50+ lbs.
• Willingness to travel extensively out of state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections, surveys, and document conditions.
• Perform field tests and take accurate measurements and photos.
• Climb towers up to 500+ ft and perform repairs/upgrades as directed.
• Organize field data and ensure safety procedures on site.
• Travel 95% of the time, including overnights and weekends.
