Novant Health is seeking an intermediate Telecommunication Technician to install, program, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair telephone systems at East Cooper Medical Center, SC. The role focuses on reliable service delivery, safe installations, and clear user communication.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2-year degree preferred, and 2+ years telecom experience with CCNA preferred. On-site work with standard business hours and on-call rotation applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 Year / Associate degree preferred.
• CCNA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain telephone systems.
• Program and configure handsets, voicemail, extensions.
• Install lines, jacks, cabling, and telecommunications equipment.
• Moves, adds, changes, and disconnects of telephone services.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and installation specs.
• Provide Tier 1 support for legacy TDM/VoIP products.
