Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related telecommunications experience.
• Basic knowledge of VoIP, networks and data.
• Able to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
• Able to write routine reports and communicate with customers.
• Must be able to work independently with urgency for customer issues.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• SV9500, UM8700 and MA4000 experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Key and PABX phone systems on-site.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot voicemail and call center products.
• Test, troubleshoot, and turn up phone lines, trunks, and data circuits.
• Provide on-site and remote support and customer technical assistance.
• Assist with installation, testing, and turn-up at customer premises.
• Maintain equipment and ensure timely completion of service tasks.
• Communicate solutions and suggestions for system improvements.
• Collaborate with TAC and other departments as needed.
